Runde, flachkonvex gewölbte Scheibe aus dünnem Bronzeblech mit konischem, massiv gegossenem Knopf in der Mitte. Die Oberfläche zeigt konzentrische Zonen aus Punktpunzen, Kreisaugen, Zickzack- und Rautenmuster. Am Rand vier paarweise angeordnete Lochungen zur Befestigung auf einer Unterlage. Schöne, grün glänzende Patina mit vereinzelten Oxydauflagen. Der konische Abschluss separat gegossen und die blecherne Scheibe oben und unten eingeklemmt. Einzelne Risse rückseitig durch mit Kunstharz getränkte Gaze stabilisiert. Durchmesser ca. 36 cm. Insgesamt eindrucksvolles, reich dekoriertes Objekt der Villanova-Kultur mit vollständig erhaltener Originalsubstanz. Durchmesser 36 cm. Höhe ca. 11 cm. KULTURGUT! The circular, flat convex domed disc in thin sheet bronze with a conical, solid cast knob in the centre. Concentric zones on the surface composed of punched dots, circular ornaments, zigzags and rhombic patterns. Four sets of perforations on the edge, arranged in pairs, to attach it to a base. Beautiful, glossy green patina with scattered oxide deposits. The conical finial cast separately and the sheet disc clamped at the top and bottom. Individual cracks stabilised on the back by means of gauze soaked in synthetic resin. Diameter approx. 36 cm. Overall, an awe-inspiring, lavishly decorated object from the Villanovan culture, the original material completely preserved. Diameter 36 cm Height approx. 11 cm. CULTURAL ASSET!
