| 559 Estate of Gefreiter Fink of the 9th Company in Kaiser Franz Guard Grenadier Regiment No. 2, circa 1911–1913 A tunic for a Gefreiter, a privately purchased item in fine, dark blue cloth (slightly stained) with a ponceau red collar (two Gefreiter‘s buttons), piping and lapels, guard braid in white fabric, smooth gilt buttons (rubbed), stitched shoulder boards with a yellow „F1“ below a crown, shoulder buttons „9“ (9th Company), black silk lining with two coattail pockets. Also includes the blue and red visor cap (the peak is loose on the torn sweatband), lined in brown impregnated linen with manufacturer‘s stamp „Militär-Mützen- Fabrik F. Makowski Berlin“ and „9 C.“ Belt for enlisted men with brass lock, appliquéd nickel silver medallion and leather strap (shortened, the end re-riveted). KS 98 with nickel-plated, somewhat stained blade („F.W.Höller, Solingen“). Moreover, Reservist Fink‘s 34 cm tankard made of stoneware (the décor rubbed in places) with the name of the regiment, name bars and date „1911 - 1913“, pewter mounting (the lid somewhat loose, small cracks on the inside of the lid). Reservist‘s wooden cane with nickel-plated knob, on which the regiment‘s red shoulder board. A glass-framed reservist portrait of Gefreiter Fink (58 x 68 cm). Moreover, a coloured reproduction photograph of the wearer. Slightly damaged in places, signs of wear and age. An unparalleled estate belonging to a Prussian Guard Grenadier.
