A central German wheellock rifle, so-called “Müllerbüchse”, circa 1680/90 Octagonal barrel, slightly indented in the middle, with eight-groove rifled bore in 10.5 mm calibre. Dovetailed sights, the base of the barrel with cut frieze of pearls, imperial proofmark (“V” with crown). Lock with semi-internal wheel, spring-loaded pan cover with release button. Cock and mechanismwith finely cut springs. Double set trigger. Walnut full stock with bone nose (old repair at the bottom of the butt), isolated round bone inlays.
