Kämmerer, K. Oberst- hofmeister und Oberstallmeister Wilhelm Freiherrn von Leonrod in München”, signed by the Minister of State of the Royal Household and of the Exterior, Otto Ritter von Dandl (1868 - 1942). The award document for the Royal Merit Order of Saint Michael 1st Class, dated 5 January 1917, signed by the BavarianMinister-President, the later German Reichskanzler (from November 1917) Georg Graf von Hertling (1843 – 1919), with an excerpt from the statutes. A black-bordered award document owing to the court mourning (death of Prince Regent Luitpold on 12 December 1912) for the cross of hon- our of the Royal Merit Order of Saint Michael, dated 10 January 1913, for “K. Flügeladjutanten, Kämmerer undMajor WilhelmFreiherrn von Leonrod”, signed by the Bavarian Minister-President, Georg Freiherr von Hertling, (elevated to Graf (Count) in 1914), with the accompanying letter, “acknowledgement of acceptance” and an excerpt from the statues. The award document for the Royal Merit Order of Saint Michael 4th Class, dated 1 July (passed on 27 June) 1909 for the “… Persönlichen Adjutanten Seiner Königlichen Hoheit des Prinzen Ludwig von Bayern”, later Ludwig III, signed by the Minister of State of the Royal Household and of the Exterior, Clemens Freiherr von Podewils- Dürniz (1850 - 1922), elevated to Graf (Count) in 1911, with the ac- companying letter, “Revers” confirmation and an excerpt from the statutes. 247762 II € 1.200
