On the left the family tree of Prince Adalbert of Bavaria captioned “Souvenir du 25 Aout 1856” (wedding day), on the right the family tree of his spouse “Amalie de Bavière”, in the centre the royal Bavarian coat of arms. Under glass, in a gilt stucco frame (the reverse reglued at a later date) lavishly decorated in relief with laurel and oak leaves. Lightly damaged in places, traces of age. Dimensions of frame 112 x 164 cm. Umschrift mit Nennung der Eheleute, im Zentrum das bekrönte, von zwei historistischen Jäger­ figuren flankierte Allianzwappen von Prinz Adalbert und seiner spa- nischen Gemahlin, die Tafel rs. beschriftet „Eigenthum des Prinzen Joseph Clemens”. Teilweise leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren. Durch- messer 86 cm. Meisterhafte Malerei.
