Kippkimme als Hahnsicherung. The left-hand side of the slide hand-engraved in italics “Browning’s Patent / Pat’d April 20. 1897 - Colt’s Patent Fire Arms Mfg. Co. / Hartford, Conn. U.S.A.”, rampant colt in circle at the rear end. The right-hand side marked “Automatic Colt / Calibre 38 Rimless Smokeless”. Original black-blue high-gloss finish with some minor traces of wear and storage, the rear strap a bit spotted. Barrel and trigger fire blued. Rear sight and hammer colour case hardened.
