378 | A Schulhof repeating pistol, model 1884-II, pre-series Cal. 10,6mmDtOrd, SN. 13, octagonal barrel, length 155 mm, mirror-like bore with six lands and grooves. Repeating pistol with toggle link. Six shots in a magazine tube in the grip. The left-hand side marked “Pat. Schulhof”, the rear end of the barrel and the receiver with serial number “13”. Dove-tailed sights. All main parts nickel-plated, somewhat freckled and spotted, some minor pitting. Checkered walnut grips. The front grip strap has a little metal plate soldered in, which appears to have been done by Schulhof himself. Of this pres-series model until now only serial numbers 15,16 and 18 were known to have survived - this gun adds Nr. 13 to the list.
