Kolben mit alten Reparaturen, Kleinteil an Kolbenoberseite gerissen, Reparaturstelle am Vorderschaft im Bereich der Ladestockauf nahme. Länge 155 cm. Angefertigt um 1700 für Herzog Georg I. von Braunschweig-Lüneburg, zugleich König von England. Provenienz: Aus der Gewehrkammer des Königshauses von Hanno- ver, privatisiert im Jahr 2000. Burl wood full stock with chiselled and engraved iron furniture, the upper side of the butt with an iron plate, also in the shape of a dragon. Iron-capped wooden ramrod. The butt with old repairs, a small part cracked on the top of the butt, a repair in the forearm in the area of the ramrod pipe. Length 155 cm. This rifle was made for the armoury of Duke Georg I of Brunswick- Luenburg, who also reigned as King of England as of 1714.
