A Schulhof mod. 1887 repeating pistol, prototype for France Cal. 8 mm Schulhof, no SN., octagonal barrel with six lands and grooves, length 155 mm. Bright bore. Dovetailed front and rear sight. The rotary style magazine holds six rounds. Rotary locking mechanism with a pair of frame-mounted locking lugs, which work as fixed ejectors. The left side of the receiver marked “Bréveté”. Safety lever and action ring checkered. All main parts nickel-plated, some spotting on the barrrel, minor handling marks on the receiver and grip. The sights, action ring and trigger with remainders of fire bluing. Dark walnut grips with crisp checker- ing. Overall length 310 mm.
