1032 Vergoldeter Luxus-Shamshir mit Diamantbesatz, osmanisch, um 1830 Leicht geschwungene Rückenklinge aus fein gemasertem Wootzdamast. Floral gravierte Parierstange aus feuervergoldetem Silber, schauseitig mit Diamanten besetzter Halb- mond und Stern, umgeben von zehn Alt- schliffbrillanten in silbernen Krabbenfas- sungen. Griffschalen aus Rhinozeroshorn, fein gravierte, vergoldete Griffbänder. Mit schwarzem Chagrinleder bezogene Scheide mit breiter Naht aus Silberdraht. Garnitur aus vergoldetem Silber mit fein gestochenen Akanthuslaubfriesen. Zwei bewegliche Tra- geringe. Länge 95,5 cm. The quil- lons in fire-gilt silver with floral engraving, set with diamonds on the front to form a crescent and star, surrounded by ten old-cut diamonds in silver claw settings. Rhinoceros horn grip plates, intricately engraved, gilt grip frames. The scabbard covered in black shagreen leath- er with a broad seam of silver wire. The gilt sil- ver furniture with delicately engraved friezes of acanthus leaves. Two movable suspension rings. Length 95.5 cm.
