The two White Cabinets were originally located between the royal bedroom and the Lilac and Pink Cabinets. As part of the expansion of the bedroom in 1884, the cabi- nets were integrated or rather dismantled, and some of the furnishings, including these console tables, were removed during the reconstruct ion works.
