Jhdt. 80 cm lange Silberkette, an der ein zweiteiliges, aufklappbares Reliqui- enkreuz befestigt ist, das Spuren von Vergoldung aufweist. Konstruk­ tion und Bildsprache der Vorderseite lassen byzantinischen Einfluss erkennen. Zentral ein stilisierter Christus mit den Händen im Bet­ gestus. An den Enden der Kreuzarme Medaillons mit Heiligen. Die Rückseite mit ornamentalem, ineinander verschlungenem Wikinger- Dekor. Oben und unten Ösen. Klappt man das Kreuz auf, erscheint ein herausklappbarer Thorshammer. Dieser ist einseitig typisch nordisch punzverziert. Die Innenflächen der Kreuzhälften sind ebenfalls geo- metrisch verziert.
