| 5 EXPORTGENEHMIGUNGEN FÜR KULTURGÜTER Wenn Sie Objekte erwerben, die als sogenannte „Kulturgüter“ den Be- stimmungen des Kulturgutschutzgesetzes unterliegen, bedürfen diese einer Ausfuhrgenehmigung sowohl innerhalb der EU als auch in Dritt- länder. Die für deren Erteilung zuständige Behörde ist die Bayerische Staatsgemäldesammlung München / Pinakothek / Ausfuhr. Gerne über- nimmt Hermann Historica gegen eine geringe Gebühr und bei Erteilung der entsprechenden Vollmacht für Sie als Eigentümer die Antragstel- lung zur Erlangung der Ausfuhrgenehmigung. EXPORT LICENSE FOR CULTURAL GOODS When purchasing objects rated as so-called Cultural Goods and thus subject to the German “Act on the Protection of Cultural Property” (KGSG), an export li- cense needs to be obtained within the European Union as well as into non-EC countries. The competent authority for such licenses is the Bavarian Staats­ gemäldesammlung Munich / Pinakothek. Since only the owner of such objects can apply for an export license, we will be happy to assist you. This procedure only requires a little fee and receipt of your power of attorney.
