Rahmen vom älteren Modell, aber Fangklinke von der neueren Erzeugung. Gro- ßer Abzugsbügel, der am Griff keine Ausfrä- sung hat. Der Bolzen für die Fangklinke liegt an der Stelle der früheren Seriennummer, deshalb manuel neu nummeriert. Originale, partiell dünnere, feinfleckige und gering pa- tinierte Brünierung. Nussholzgriffschalen, rechts noch mit Schraube verschraubt. Ca. 30 Waffen wurden auf diese Art modifiziert. A Roth-Steyr Model 1907, Transition Cal. 8 mm Roth/Steyr, SN. 6. Matching num- bers. Nearly bright bore. Magazine for ten rounds. No proof mark, but certificate of proof mark absence for collectors. Frame of an older model, but sear of the newer production. Large trigger guard, with no milling groove at the grip. The bolt for the sear is where the earlier serial number was, therefore with hand-­ engraved new number. Original, partially thinner bluing with fine spots and slightly pat- inated finish. Walnut grip panels, bolted on the right side. Approx. 30 weapons were mod- ified in this way.
