A rare improved percussion ignition lock by John Jones & Son, Brimingham, circa 1825 Florally and ornamentally engraved lock, the lockplate marked ”Jon Jones & Co. Improved Percussion”. Cylindrical container for priming powder on roller bearings. Length of lock plate 12.3 cm. This is an extremely rare sample of J.
