Erzherzogin Gisel(l)a, zweite Tochter des österreichischen Kaiserpaares, heiratet 1873 Prinz Leopold von Bayern, Sohn des Prinz­ regenten Luitpold, mit dem sie vier Kinder hat. 1932 verstirbt sie als letztes der vier Kinder von Kaiser Franz Josef I. und Kaiserin Elisabeth. The column with 18 flutes on a round, partially ebonised mahogany base. A crowned “G” brand mark and the number “2” on the underside. Total height 65.5 cm, diameter of the table top 69 cm. The second daughter of the Austrian imperial couple, Archduchess Gisel(l)a was married in 1873 to Prince Leopold of Bavaria, the son of Prince Regent Luitpold, with whom she had four children.
