Vorder- seitig zudem feines Chiffontuch. Helles Leinenfutter mit eingearbeiteten Verstärkun- gen aus Fischbein. Im Nacken Seidenetikett mit hellblau gesticktem Monogramm „E” un- ter Krone. Keine Abänderungen ersichtlich. Aufgrund der Ende des 19. Jhdts. wieder auf- kommenden Mode der Keulenärmel handelt es sich um ein relativ spätes Kleid der Kaise- rin, die zwar nach dem Tod ihres Sohnes Rudolf zumeist schwarze Trauerkleidung trug, zu Familienanlässen aber durchaus „normale” Kleider getragen haben soll. No visible modifications. Leg of mutton sleeves came back into fashion at the end of the 19th century. Therefore, this gown was worn by the Empress in a relatively late phase.
