| 143 A pair of flintlock pistols, Jacob Kuchenreuter, Steinweg near Regensburg, circa 1780 Rifled barrels in calibre 13 mm with remains of bluing and long centre ribs, the bores rough and in need of cleaning. On the centre ribs silver-inlaid signature and mark, silver inlays at the muzzle and breech, on the tangs standing front sights with two flaps. Smooth flintlocks with set triggers, one lock with defective loading groove, the other with defec- tive set trigger. Full stocks with horn noses (one replaced?), smooth, silver fittings, the backs of the grips with holder for a detachable stock. Wooden ramrods with horn tips.
