Contrastirende Charaktere in Göthe‘s Götz von Berlichingen”, “II. Brutus nach Shakespeare‘s Julius Caesar” or “IV. Lichtseiten der Helden des Nibelungenliedes”. Several pages are loose, otherwise in good condition, the colours still vibrant. Above all, the beautiful handwriting of the 16-year old prince is easily legible. Includes a card from Clara Kius (widow of Prof. Dr. Oskar Kius, the prince‘s history teacher), confirming the authenticity of this exercise book. Moreover, a typewritten copy of a letter from Prince Oskar of Prussia, 1929, and a portrait postcard of the Kaiser while in exile with a printed signature. The school notebook, letters and portrait photograph were researched by Ulf Morgenstern in 2011 and published in an edition of the “Friedrichsruher Beiträge” under the title “The formative years of a neo-absolute monarch”. Jeweils mit Blindprägesiegel und eigenhändigen Unterschriften „Wilhelm R.“ in Bleistift bzw. Tinte. Jeweils gefaltet und etwas fleckig. Zwischen 1884 und 1906 war Kaiser Wilhelm II.
