| 109 Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi (1919 - 1980) - a personal visor cap Fine khaki-coloured cloth, black piping, on the forehead a cockade enamelled in green, white and red, surrounded by embroidered golden wreaths on black cloth. Black chinstrap on gilt buttons with lion symbol and crown. Black visor of synthetic material. White silk lining withmaker’s mark “Hückel Zephir”. The light brown leather sweatband stamped “Imported by J. Blach & Sons Birmingham” in gold. A few unobtrusive moth holes, slight traces of wear and age. Mohammad Reza Pahlavi came from the ruling Pahlavi dynasty and was the last Iranian Shah. He wore this military cap of the imperial Iranian ground forces during several state occasions in the 1950s and 1960s, as numerous photographs show. The distinctive insignia of the cap were exclusively reserved for the monarch, whowas the commander-in-chief of the Imperial IranianArmy. Beidseitig das Wappen des Schahs, umgeben von Rosetten und einemRand in den Nationalfarben Grün-Weiß-Rot. Partiell etwas fleckig, Trage- und Altersspuren. Maße 140 x 85 cm. Die zeremonielle Fahne des Schahs gab es in drei Ausführungen: die große auf Flughäfen oder in anderen öffentlichen Bereichen, dann die Fahne, die in Anwesenheit des Schahs von einem General hinter ihm getragen wurde, sowie eine besonders wertige Version, die bei wenigen speziellenAnlässen wie der Krönung verwendet wurde. Die angebotene Fahne wurde bei offiziellen Zeremonien von einem General hinter dem Schah getragen.
