DIN-A4-Briefpapier mit gedrucktem Kopf "Der Gauleiter Ostpreussen" unter blindgeprägtem Gauwappen, datiert "Königsberg (Pr..), den 5.11.1944". Maschinenschriftlicher Text, Koch informiert Heidkämper über die Terminierung der Vereidigung auf den 12.11., "Die ostpreußischen Einsatzbataillone, die zurzeit in der Inster-Angrapp-Stellung stehen, werden im Raum Nemmersdorf vereidigt". Zudem bittet er um Heidkämpers Teilnahme "als Chef des Generalstabs der Heeresgruppe Mitte". Eigenhändig in Tinte signiert "Erich Koch". Doppelt gefaltet und gelocht. Otto Heidkämper (1901 - 1969), DKiG am 7.3.42, RK am 8.2.43, wird 1945 noch Generalleutnant und Chef des Generalstabes der Heeresgruppe Nord.
