Description

Griechische Amphore mit Meeresbewuchs. Konische Knuppe unter dem halbkugeligen Fuß, darüber konisch leicht ausladender Bauch, der weit oben in die halbkugelige Schulter übergeht. Schmaler, zylindrischer Hals, der großteils bis auf den Ansatz abgebrochen ist. Einer der bandförmigen Henkel erhalten. Sprung im oberen Teil des Korpus. Dazu ein Metallständer. Höhe ohne Ständer ca. 60 cm, mit Ständer 70 cm.

Provenance: Deutscher Privatbesitz, erworben im deutschen Kunsthandel.
