Description

A Mappe for Pilot Observer Badge in Diamonds of Hermann Göring. Blue-grey Saffian leather covered folder with gold foil embossed Reichsmarschall insignia at center of front panel. Inside lined in cream-colored parchment, leather string for securing the award document attached at spine. Maker "FRIEDA THIERSCH" embossed in gold at bottom inside right panel. Moisture stains on cover. Dimensions circa 37 x 27 cm.
