Description
Sturdy single-edged blade of wild Damascus with long double-edged point. The upper third with etched, partly gilt décor, on both sides gold-plated signature cartouche "Wilhelm Clauberg - in Solingen". Partly gilt iron hilt with etched and engraved hunting décor. On the grip depiction of horse-mounted huntsmen chasing deer. Wooden scabbard with finely pearled ray skin cover. Partly gilt iron mounting etched and engraved with decorative ornaments. Inserted by-knife, two suspension bars on the sides. Length 51.5 cm.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
