Description

Two-stage barrel, octagonal then round, with flared oval muzzle, brass front sight on upper side. Flintlock with hammer safety, on lock plate stamped crown/"D". Walnut full stock with iron furniture, staple on the side opposite the lock. Iron ramrod. Stock with small shrinkage cracks in lock area as well as on bottom side of forearm and in muzzle area. Length 103 cm. Exceptionally rare heavy cavalry weapon.
