Description

Öl auf Leinwand. Panorama-Aussicht auf eine weite Gebirgslandschaft im sanften Abendlicht. Der im Vordergrund beginnende schmale Weg führt zu der hölzernen Waldhütte und verschwindet hinter der Figurenstaffage. Mittig ein reiterloses Pferd neben aufgeregtem kleinen Hund. Rechts im Bild erkennt man einen Kirchenturm. Rechts unten signiert und datiert "Bach 6/866". Zwei kleine Retuschen. Craquelé. Im prächtigen Rahmen aus Holz mit stuckiertem Blattdekor. Maße 82,5 x 102,5, Maße gerahmt 121,5 x 153,5 cm. Alois Bach (1809 - 1893) studierte an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in München und spezialisierte sich auf Genre-, Tier- und Landschaftsmalerei.
