Description

The head composed of seven flanges, the heavily curved, slightly conical flanges with rectangular, reinforced points. A short quadrangular spike at the top. Hollow-forged, slightly conical shaft with a lateral soldered seam. Lavishly chiselled decor with spiral flutes. The double perforation for the lanyard closed over (old). The lower edge with a distinct, finely chased ornamental knob. Length 66 cm. An unusually large mace with outstanding decoration.Condition: II Questions about the lot?
