DescriptionCal. 8 mm Roth, Nr. 50, Bright bore, four-groove barrel with dovetail front sight, length 150 mm. 10-round internal box magazine for clip, here inserted diagonally into the grip piece. Certificate of proof mark absence. Recoil-operated gun with long barrel recoil and double lug lock. Charged by pushing on the muzzle. Double action. This prototype features an automatic hammer tension and a release lever on the right of the hammer. The barrel rib marked with "GR" logo within a circle and the addition "Patent". Original bluing, partially minimally spotty, shaded and patinated. Operational parts unblued. Ebonised wood grip panels with chequering. No lanyard ring. The present weapon is depicted and described in Mötz/Schuy "Vom Ursprung der Selbstladepistole in Österreich/Ungarn", p. 458 - 459.
