Cal. 7,63x25 mm, Nr. 740, Matching numbers. Bright bore, length 400 mm. Magazine for ten rounds. Proof mark double crown/U. Approx. 1902 production. Tangent rear sight scaled 50 - 500. Firing pin with two lugs. Later trigger. Early long extractor. Old safety lever, secured downward. Barrel root with three-line inscription "Waffenfabrik / Mauser / Oberndorf a/N", on the right side of the frame the two lines "Waffenfabrik Mauser / Oberndorf a Neckar". Complete, original bluing, spotty on both sides only at the barrel root and slightly thinner around the edges of the magazine lid. Hammer with housing pickled grey. Small parts blued. Trigger strawed. Forend and buttstock with matching numbers, minimal storage marks. Black hard rubber buttcap with finest chequering and logo. Stock mount blocked. Nearly new condition. Length 90 cm.
