1) Telescope, brass tube, five extendable sections, wooden body, objektive lense diameter 50 mm. The second section marked in script "Plössl in Wien". Swiveling sun filter mounted inside the detachable eyepiece cover. The brass objective end mildly dented. Weight 950 g, length 28.8 to 92 cm. Transparency 2, rarity 5. Manufacturing circa 1840.2) Opera glasses with brass case, the upper bridge marked "Plössl & Cie / in Wien". Centre focus wheel. Turned eye cups of horn, the left one with a chip and two thin cracks. The barrels with embossed leather cover. Weight 480 g. Transparency 1-2, rarity 4. Manufacturing 1870/80. In original embossed leather case with purple velvet lining.
