Stahl, feldgrau lackiert (berieben), innen gestempelt "69", mit beiden seitlichen Abzeichen (drei Kronen), Tarnnetz, dreiteiliges Lederlaschenfutter ("69"), Leder-Kinnriemen. Dazu ein Helm mit neunfach gelaschtem Lederfutter ("55 - 57"), Leder-Kinnriemen, mützenförmiger Stoffumkleidung mit Vorderschirm und Tarnnetz. Leichte Trage- und Altersspuren.
