Massive, nicht tragbare bronzierte Plakette mit vs. NSKK-Adler über faksimilierter Unterschrift "Hühnlein" in entsprechender Umschrift. Rs. Teil einer Bergstraße vor Alpenkulisse umgeben von einem Edelweißkranz. Durchmesser ca. 15,5 cm. Komplett mit dem dazugehörigen Aufsteller auf einem Steinsockel mit Widmungsschild "Mannschaftspreis des Führers des deutschen Kraftfahrsports mit silbernem Ehrenschild".
