DescriptionTailored, "embellished" field tunic in field-grey woollen cloth with a dark green collar, dark green piping on the collar, button placket and cuffs, gold buttons. The dark green silk lining (worn at the back) with a vent for the sidearm, illegible tailor's label in the back panel and the owner's label (the name has been removed) of Christian Schwarz & Sohn München in the inside pocket. Gold-embroidered breast eagle. Green collar patches with the gold, "Larisch" pattern embroidery for generals and red piping on three sides. Stitched shoulder boards for a ministry official in gold-silver-gold general's braid, the central cord interwoven in dark green, silver HV appliqués for Heeresverwaltung (army administration) and dark green underlay with additional red piping. Orders loops. Shoulder length 48 cm, chest measurement 106 cm, sleeve length 64 cm, back length 68 cm.
The long trousers in stone grey gabardine with red piping next to broad, red General's stripes on the side seams on both sides. Worn uniform set with slight moth damage, the colours still vibrant.
