Description

Silver, the base stamped with multiple marks ("JEB", crown, "O", and head). Fine silverwork in the form of a lion standing on a neo-baroque waved base. The paws resting on a ferrule on the backside of a pointed shield engraved with the crowned cipher "L". The body of the lion three-dimensional, the fur finely chased. Signs of use and age. Height 12.5 cm, weight ca. 400 g.
