Ein Notenblatt, beidseitig eigenhändig von Max Reger in Bleistift beschriftet, am Ende von Reger persönlich bezeichnet "Fugen-Thema aus den Telemannvariationen. Max Reger". Der Anfang des Blattes in Bleistift bezeichnet "Vaterländische Ouvertüre op 140" (um 1914) und daneben in Tinte die spätere Widmung "Meiner lieben Gabriele v. Lottner. 19 Juli 1932 an Regers ... geschenkt. Elsa Reger". Faltspuren, Knicke, kleine Randeinrisse. Maße 32 x 25 cm. Vgl. Auktion 80, Los 4461.
