Description
Rifled, blued, octagonal barrels in 8 mm calibre with dovetailed silver front sights, gold-inlaid signatures on the tops and with delicate gold ornaments at the breeches, the patent breechblocks and tangs finely engraved, height-adjustable rear sights. The percussion locks with set triggers, likewise engraved, one trigger defective, one of the hammer spurs broken off. The finely carved half stocks with fluted grips and en suite engraved iron furniture. Length of each 44 cm. In a case of later date, lined in green felt, along with extensive accessories, including a powder flask and measure, patch punch, screwdriver and cleaning rod.
