Description
Large rhyton made of reddish clay. The foot designed as a mighty ram's head. With geometric stripe decoration. Expertly glued at the rim and one horn. Two old chips on the rim and on the right ear. Otherwise intact. Height 23 cm. Length approx. 20 cm. Impressive Persian drinking vessel!Provenance: Swiss private collection.
