The porcelain vase with views of the new Kronprinzenpalais in Berlin and Babelsberg Palace near Potsdam, royal blue background, etched gold background, enamel décor, original spacer and screw in gilt metal. Model 1606, with grip handles. Fired in two parts and screw-mounted. Gold frames with optical fluting around square reserves on both sides of the body, featuring delicately painted views of Babelsberg Palace near Potsdam and the new Kronprinzenpalais in Berlin on the front, originally labelled on the interior of the neck, rubbed. Blue sceptre and circle marks. The screw engraved with the year 1863 and No III. The wooden mount also marked 1863 and No III in ink. Minimal rubbing. In excellent condition with established patina. Height circa 69 cm.
