DescriptionTwo-stage, long, smooth-bore barrel, octagonal then round, in 16 mm calibre with copper front sight and silver rear sight. Silver-plated, florally engraved miquelet lock embellished with three corals (part of the cocking lever on the cock is missing). The lock and forearm completely covered in diamond-shaped mother-of-pearl inlays, affixed with ornamental studs, the butt with star-shaped brass inlays and a velvet cover (of later date). Seven silver barrel bands with hammered floral ornaments and en suite panelling on the forearm. No ramrod. Length 150.5 cm. A leather carrying strap attached.
