DescriptionRobust single-edged blade, struck with "H" mark on one face. The forte partially pitted. Facetted iron ferrule with engraved knobs. Octagonal grip of blackened wood with slight worming. Brass pommel cap with diamond-shaped rivet plate. Original (?) scabbard with central ridge on the obverse, leather cover and brass locket. Chape missing. Length 46.5 cm.
