Vergoldete und mehrfarbig emaillierte Ausführung für Offiziere bzw. Ritter, Breite ca. 38 mm, am höherwertigen Band mit aufgelegtem, goldenen Stern für die Komtur-Auszeichnung. Im roten Etui, mit blauem Samt ausgeschlagen, Maße Etui ca. 14,5 x 11,5 x 3 cm, mit aufgelegter Chiffre des Königs Victor Emanuel von Italien und innenliegender Knopflochminiatur. Verdienstorden der Italienischen Republik für Offiziere (Ufficiale), 1. Modell (verliehen 1951-2001), im grünen Etui mit innenliegender Knopflochminiatur. Dazu fünf weitere Auszeichnungen an Bandabschnitten.
