Cal. 9 mm Mak., SN. HK 596K, matching numbers. Bright bore, hard chrome-lined barrel, length 140 mm. Magazine for 20 rounds. Certificate of proof mark absence for collectors. Turning sight scaled 25-200. Select-fire switch from semi to full auto. Fully preserved original bluing. Dark brown bakelite grip panels. With "596-1" a double-stack magazine with matching numbers. As new condition.With a presentation case made of two different types of wood, dimensions 67 x 31 x 9 cm, with green felt lining and complete accessories: matching-numbered brown bakelite shoulder stock with strap, double magazine pouch and four spare magazines with matching numbers "596-2" and "596-5" (The case at hand is an original, as shown in Fred A. Datig, The History and Development of Soviet Russian Military Pistols and Cartridges 1945 - 1986, page 104, caption "Stechkin "APS" Pistol, in Presentation Case with Accessories").
