Eigentumsstück aus dunkelblauem Wollstoff mit dunkel patinierten TeNo-Knöpfen und schwarzem Kunstseidenfutter. Schwarze Kragenspiegel mit silberner, schwarz durchzogener Einfassungskordel und Metallauflagen für Rang und Gruppenzugehörigkeit "XV/44", aufgeschlaufte Schulterklappen und auf dem linken Oberarm silbern gewebter TeNo-Adler.
