The first volume of "Mein Kampf", second edition 1926, published by Franz Eher Nachfolger GmbH, Munich, 391 pages, in the original slipcase. Pages are clean, pp. 122 – 126 each with a small tear, a central tear on p. 384 and in the attached poster (tr.) "Great German celebrations". The coloured dust jacket shows considerable signs of age. For extra protection, the book has been covered in plastic film, fastened with small adhesive strips, which are probably easy to remove. A hand-written dedication from Adolf Hitler on the flyleaf (tr.): "To Ms Margarethe Bauderer - to celebrate Christmas 1925 - a token of our longstanding friendship - presented by Adolf Hitler - Munich, 24 Dec 1925". In December 1925, Hitler gave this edition to specially selected recipients who were favourably disposed towards him. Includes the original, unprinted slipcase. Extremely rare.
