The skull of the burgonet forged in two pieces, with a hinged peak and riveted neck guard, the cheek pieces with seven perforations on both sides. The gorget opening on a hinge with shoulder armour sliding on six lames. The cuirass with a lightly ridged breastplate and replaced chinscales, the large, overlapping tassets hammered in one piece. An illegible smith's mark on the left side of the breast. Height approx. 84 cm.Condition: II - III Questions about the lot?
