Description

Heavy steel prod, a mark stamped on the inside (a wheel with a sun burst). Original cord anchors, the string has been lost. The fruitwood tiller swelling towards the middle, the groove and the underside with bone inlays, the year "1562" engraved and blackened underneath, next to an old inventory label. A fine decorative frieze of bone and dark horn on the side. The bone inlay on the cheek rest engraved with a coat of arms, the portrait heads of a couple and the monogram "IT 1597". The original bone nut is secured with cord. Multi-axle lock, the folding trigger with release, ridged, iron trigger guard. Length 66 cm.

The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 and Oct. 28 - 31, 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET).
