Description

Broad double-edged blade with flat fullers on both sides. Sturdy quillons tapered off on the sides with geometrical inlays of silver wire. Sturdy, slightly conical tang. Pommel crafted in two pieces connected by rivets, with geometrical silver wire inlays. The silver inlays of the hilt incomplete, some fragments loosely enclosed. Length 96 cm.

The auction includes 416 lots and starts on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020 at 10 am (CET). Lot no. 4001 - 4416. The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 and Oct. 28 - 31, 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET).
