Slightly curved, single edged blade, with a war slogan and the date 1107H (1695) on the quarter side. Old repair at the root, some traces of corrosion. Length 59 cm. A rare specimen from the period of the emergence of the Ottoman yatagan, the iconic weapon of the late Ottomans.

The auction includes 416 lots and starts on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020 at 10 am (CET). Lot no. 4001 - 4416. The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 and Oct. 28 - 31, 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET).
