Description

Steel body forged in one piece with riveted crest plate inlaid in gold and screw-mounted quadrangular point. The surface profusely decorated with tendrils and lotus blossoms cut in light relief. The lower edge with continuous geometrical and floral gold inlays (somewhat rubbed in places). Two lateral plume sockets and cut nasal bar secured with a hook. The attached aventail made of riveted iron rings. Height approx. 50 cm.

The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 and Oct. 28 - 31, 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET).
