DescriptionOctagonal barrel with nine-groove rifled bore of fine rose Damascus steel with copper front sight and fixed sight with triple holes and gold inlays. The breech and muzzle lavishly decorated with well-preserved floral inlays of gold. Miquelet lock richly adorned with flowers inlaid in gold and set with six cut corals. The full stock of beautiful walnut root wood lavishly decorated with partly green-coloured bone as well as rod- and star-shaped brass inlays. Eight florally engraved silver barrel bands. The original ramrod of iron. Butt with horn plate. Two small replacements in the bone inlays. Splendid rifle in beautiful condition. Length 111 cm.
